1. C25k - Week 1 Day 2

    Second run today.  It went well except for half way through I had really bad shin splints!  I had to stop and stretch it for a bit because I could barely walk.

    Anyone have any shin splint cures???

     
    1. nerdulous answered: icing right after you run is a wonderful thing. that’s what i had to do before when i used to get horrible shin splints.
    2. naranjas answered: I’m not sure about shin splints as I’ve ever had them, but maybe icing your legs and stretching before you run might make a difference!!!
