TurboFire Month 1 Recap
First month is in the books! Weight Loss: 0 lbs. :( Inches Lost: 2.25 inches total :) My Observations: -Unlike other programs which split workouts into easy workouts in month 1 and hard workouts in month 2/3, TurboFire rotates all of the workouts from the get go.  Some days are longer then others, but none last more than an hour total. -Good Nutrition is KEY!  I was closely following the diet...

Kenpo X + Weighted Gloves
Did Kenpo X today with weighted gloves (0.75lbs/glove).  Almost made it through the whole workout but got tired in the last 10 minutes so had to finish it up with out it.  Still a great workout though.

C25k - Week 1 Day 2
Second run today.  It went well except for half way through I had really bad shin splints!  I had to stop and stretch it for a bit because I could barely walk. Anyone have any shin splint cures???
